    CAPTAIN: Kyle Holmes – American

Kyle grew up in Sacramento, California. Kyle has been around the water for his entire life, as a young adult he taught sailing, water skiing and worked on commercial fishing boats. His family has a house and sport fishing company in Mexico so feel free to test his fishing expertise. He realized he wanted to have his career as a captain and completed 4 years at the California Maritime Academy. From there he went straight into yachting and has never looked back. He has been in yachting for 10 years and a captain for 5 years. He is passionate about his job and loves to help his guests enjoy the ocean and yachting experience as much as he does.

    CHEF: Jocelyne Mackay – American

Born and raised trail running and doing yoga in the Santa Monica mountains of California, and
surfing the waves of Malibu. This is where Jocelyne learned to appreciate the outdoors and
farm to table foods and fermentations at an early age. Fond early memories are smells of
blackberry pie cooking in her grandmothers kitchen. Well traveled and a graduate from UC
Santa Barbara, she eventually went to Scottsdale Culinary Institute to study French cuisine, then
eventually followed with a nutritional degree. As a native to California cuisine knowledge and
Indian, due to familial ties, the cuisine she first restaurant studied was scratch Italian. After a
long stretch in the restaurants and sent to Scandinavia for key culinary roles, she now has been
in yachting for over 5 years and traveled to continents such as Fiji, Australia, Europe and Asia
having the pleasure to submerge herself in these culinary inspirations. She also tends to travel
on her own to such places like South America and cannot help to venture into food markets
searching for the heart of cuisines. Captain Kyle has previously worked with ChefJocelyne and
can attest to her secret talent of making delicious margaritas, and always aiming to please
    through her many creations.
